How nsight platform works

Our Patent Pending intelligent platform is designed to automatically ingest data and information flow from across the entire organization.

Then nsight cross-references all of it against business requirements, user needs, pre-determined user factors, and personas to provide actionable data and a prioritized list of tasks the team should be concentrating their efforts on.

nsight identifies unique and trending user needs, product needs, and user pain points, and helps your team have a clear and full picture of what needs to be addressed on the scale of priorities, which helps your team to always make the right decisions of what to work on next.

The why

I’ve been in the design industry for over 20 years. The first decade of my career I spent in agencies, rising through the ranks from just a web designer all the way to Art Director running multi-disciplined teams, and so much more…

But for the last decade, I’ve been working alongside early-mid-stage start-up founders, building cutting-edge technologies and innovative products, implementing efficiencies, effective processes, product design & development lifecycles, etc.

Over time I started to notice a problem, a decision-making gridlock that was constantly paralyzing companies on their journey to build innovative products that people love, and ones that are solving real problems for their users, decide what to concentrate their limited funding and resources on, which features or small additions are actually more important than others, and so forth…

Some years ago I developed a process for better decision-making, eliminating personal biases, and reducing conflict during decision-making situations, such as roadmap planning, backlog grooming, etc., and ever since that time, I have been thinking about this problem, encountering it time and time again, I have experienced this problem first hand, and heard about this problem from countless other designers and design leaders over the years.

Then, I met my co-founder Brent, who has been an engineer who worked across a multitude of both start-ups and larger companies, he shared some identical stories about decision-making headaches he saw and experienced in both small and large organizations.

We decided that enough is enough, and we need to build a platform that would help all of us change how we all work, help us make better decisions, and build products our users truly need and love!
